Ralph Spaccatutto domina gli Annie Awards

Sono stati annunciati lunedì i nomi dei candidati all'Annie Award, il più prestigioso premio nel settore dell'animazione, cinematografica e no, giunto alla sua quarantesima edizione, non senza qualche controversia nel corso degli anni.

Una pioggia di nomination è caduta, com'era prevedibile, sui film di punta dell'anno: Hotel Transylvania, ParaNorman, Ralph Spaccatutto, Ribelle - The Brave e Le 5 Leggende, nonostante questi ultimi due film siano stati snobbati nella categoria della regia. 

Tre i riconoscimenti già assegnati: il Winsor McCay Award alla carriera, andato a Oscar Grillo, Terry Gilliam e Mark Henn, il June Foray Award per l'impegno umanitario a Howard Green e l'Ub Iwerks Award per le innovazioni tecnologiche al sistema d'animazione Toon Boom, erede del CAPS, il primo sistema di colorazione digitale mai usato in animazione.

Per i restanti, l'appuntamento è al 2 febbraio 2013, dove i vincitori verranno premiati alla Royce Hall dell'Università della California. Potete vedere le candidature nelle categorie più importanti qui sotto:
